Questions

Do you fix broken hardware?

No. Cracked screens and dead drives go to a repair shop. I can tell you if it's worth fixing.

Can you help my parents from far away?

Yes, over a video call. They share their screen and I talk them through it.

Will you see my private files?

Only what you show me. I don't copy anything.

Mac or Windows?

Both, plus iPhone, iPad and Android.
